Legal Guarantee - CDC Tecno
At CDC Tecno, we are committed to offering quality products. However, if upon receiving your purchase you identify that it does not have the reported technical characteristics, is damaged or incomplete, you can request an immediate exchange.
Guarantee Period
If the product presents faults or defects within 6 months from the date of receipt, you can choose between:
- Free product repair.
- Exchange of the product for a new one.
- Refund of money paid.
This applies as long as the product has not been damaged by misuse or negligence by the consumer.
Procedure to Make the Guarantee Valid
You can deliver the product directly to one of our authorized technical services or to any of our CDC Tecno branches. If the product has a manufacturer's warranty, the term of said warranty will apply if it is longer than that stipulated by the legal warranty.
Special Considerations
- For perishable products or products intended for short-term use, the warranty period will be that indicated on the packaging or, failing that, 7 days.
- Warranty periods will be suspended while the product is in the repair process.
It is considered a failure or defect when:
- The product does not meet mandatory safety or quality standards.
- The materials or components do not correspond to the declared specifications.
- The product has deficiencies in manufacturing, processing, or quality, making it unfit for its intended use.
- It does not comply with specifications agreed between the supplier and the consumer.
- The same fault persists after having been previously repaired.
- It has hidden defects that affect its normal functioning.
